José Carlos González Hurtado
José Carlos González-Hurtado (Madrid 1964) is the President of EWTN Spain (EWTN is the largest religious media network in the world. Founded in 1981 by Mother Angelica, it broadcasts in more than 30 languages, is watched daily in over 320 million homes, and in more than 140 countries). Professionally, he is a Senior Global Advisor for the strategic consultancy Roland Berger and for some of the world's largest Private Equity firms, as well as a Board Member of several multinational technology and consumer companies based in Europe and America.
He was the International President of IRi Worldwide (a leading American multinational company in Technology, “Big Data” and Analytics); Chief Commercial Officer and member of the Executive Board of the Carrefour Group (where he was responsible for commercial functions and Innovation, e-Commerce, Digital, as well as the world's largest Own Brand business); Vice President and Officer at Procter & Gamble (where he led the global Braun business as well as other of the largest global businesses of that multinational for over two decades). Elected one of the “Top 100 Global Board Candidate” by the Financial Times (Agenda Magazine); one of the “Top 10” leaders in Israel; “Best entrepreneur of the year”… he has received many other international awards.
