Serge Abad-Gallardo is a French writer and former Freemason who was part of the Masonic obedience "Le Droit Humain" in France for over two decades. An architect by profession, he held important positions within the lodge, including that of Venerable Master. Over the years, he began to feel a spiritual emptiness that led him to question Masonic teachings. In 2012, after a conversion experience during a pilgrimage to Lourdes, he decided to leave Freemasonry and fully return to the Catholic faith.
Since then, he has dedicated himself to writing and giving lectures about his experience, warning about what he considers incompatibilities between Freemasonry and Christianity. In his books, such as Why I Stopped Being a Mason, I Served Lucifer Without Knowing, and Freemasonry Unmasked, he critically recounts the rituals, symbols, and Masonic philosophy, pointing out their spiritual dangers from a Christian perspective. His testimony has generated both support and controversy, especially among Catholic believers and lodge members. Abad-Gallardo has become a prominent figure in the field of contemporary religious testimony, focusing his message on the defense of Christian truth against what he considers occultist and relativist practices of Freemasonry.
