Synopsis "Think and Grow Rich "

This book contains money-making secrets that can change your life. Think and Grow Rich, based on the author's famed Law of Success, represents the distilled wisdom of distinguished men of great wealth and achievement. Andrew Carnegie's magic formula for success was the direct inspiration for this book. Carnegie demonstrated its soundness when his coaching brought fortunes to those young men to whom he had disclosed his secret. This book will teach you that secret--and the secrets of other great men like him. It will show you not only what to do but also how to do it. If you learn and apply the simple basic techniques revealed here, you will have mastered the secret of true and lasting success--and you may have whatever you want in life!

Oliver Napoleon Hill was born on October 26, 1883 in Wise County, Virginia, United States. He grew up in a humble family and faced a difficult childhood after the death of his mother, but his perseverance and ambition led him to become one of the most influential authors in the self-help and personal development genre of the 20th century.

Hill began his career as a local reporter and, according to his own account, was tasked with interviewing Andrew Carnegie, who supposedly entrusted him with the principles of success. Although the veracity of this encounter has been questioned, Hill built his philosophy from interviews and observations of figures such as Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, and John D. Rockefeller. His life was marked by ups and downs, including business failures, accusations of fraud, and personal reinventions, but he always maintained his message of self-improvement and positive thinking.

Hill's style combines anecdotes, practical principles, and an optimistic view of human potential, advocating the importance of mindset, perseverance, and collaboration (the "Master Mind") as keys to success.

His legacy continues thanks to the work of the Napoleon Hill Foundation, a non-profit educational institution based in Virginia, the author's hometown, which has hundreds of thousands of followers on social media and aims to make the world "a better place to live".
