Synopsis "The Summer I Turned Pretty"

Now an Original Series on Prime Video! Belly has an unforgettable summer in this stunning start to the Summer I Turned Pretty series from the New York Times bestselling author of To All the Boys I've Loved Before, Jenny Han. Some summers are just destined to be pretty. Belly measures her life in summers. Everything good, everything magical happens between the months of June and August. Winters are simply a time to count the weeks until the next summer, a place away from the beach house, away from Susannah, and most importantly, away from Jeremiah and Conrad. They are the boys that Belly has known since her very first summer--they have been her brother figures, her crushes, and everything in between. But one summer, one wonderful and terrible summer, the more everything changes, the more it all ends up just the way it should have been all along.

Jenny Han (Richmond, Virginia, 1980) is an American writer of Korean descent, established as one of the most influential voices in contemporary young adult literature. Educated at the University of North Carolina and with a master's in Creative Writing from the New School in New York, she balances her work as a school librarian with creating intimate stories with autobiographical nuances. Her international fame came with the trilogy To All the Boys I've Loved Before (2014-2017), whose Netflix adaptations became a cultural phenomenon. Specializing in realistic narrative for young adults, Han sensitively explores themes such as identity, love, and maturity.

La calidad del papel y la impresión no son las mejores. La editorial no mantiene las dimensiones de los libros de la misma colección por lo que se ven disparejas en las estanterías. Sin embargo, resalto que las portadas son muy bonitas.
