Synopsis "Talismans & Evocations of the Golden Dawn"

Founded in 1888 by legendary magicians Wyn Westcott and SL MacGregor Mathers, the Order of the Golden Dawn significantly influenced Western Magic. While the material that was copied by Aleister Crowley and inspired WB Yeats has been available, there has been little explanation as to how the group performed its rituals. Golden Dawn adept Pat Zalewski has revealed previously unpublished papers and secrets, which were only communicated to a handful of people. For example, it was known that the Golden Dawn carried out ceremonial magic based on the Key of Solomon or the Goetia, but no one produced examples of their approach. Likewise, while Golden Dawn talisman designs were known, it was unclear how they should be brought to life. When Talismans & Evocations of the Golden Dawn's first edition was released in 2002, it was a groundbreaking study, and now the author has returned to the work, greatly enlarging it with more details and research. This edition also includes an extensive unpublished paper that was only available to high-grade (7=$) Golden Dawn members explaining seal and sigil construction. Readers of this book will discover how to make Talismans of Power. It is a valuable tool in understanding the practical considerations of the Golden Dawn ritual magic. It is a "must-have" for any serious Golden Dawn student.
