This is one of the messages that Seneca was able to convey to us in his works. The philosopher also discusses how to live serenely and calmly in the face of adverse circumstances, and to achieve peace of mind and remove anxiety. His arguments are modern but at the same time, immerse us in the daily life of ancient Rome.
