Ramtha is a spiritual entity who, according to American channeler J.Z. Knight, was a Lemurian warrior who lived over 35,000 years ago and achieved enlightenment. Since 1977, Knight claims to channel Ramtha, conveying his teachings on consciousness, inner divinity, and reality creation. These teachings have been spread through books, lectures, and the Ramtha's School of Enlightenment, founded in 1988 in Yelm, Washington

Among the most notable works attributed to Ramtha are The White Book (1995), The Last Waltz of the Tyrants: The Prophecies of Ramtha (2006), and A Beginner's Guide to Creating Reality (2004). These titles, belonging to the genre of spirituality and metaphysics, have been translated into Spanish and published by publishers such as Bel Shanai Publishing.
