Luki Huber is an industrial designer who joined the El Bulli team starting in 2002, which was something extraordinary in a kitchen. His interrelation accelerated the innovations of El Bulli. On one hand, he worked on a series of adaptations of pre-existing objects to new culinary uses, and on the other, he focused on designing tools and utensils to devise new dishes and techniques such as "spherification". Today he has his own studio, where he continues working in the worlds of industrial and gastronomic design.
