Joseph "Joe" Kelly is an American writer, illustrator, and editor born in 1971, known for his work in comics and animation series. He studied at the Tisch School of the Arts in New York, where he currently teaches writing for animation projects and comic scripts. He began his career at Marvel Comics, working on titles such as Fantastic Four 2099 and Marvel Fanfare.

Among his most notable works are I Kill Giants (2008), Deadpool 2 (2010), and X-Men: Renewal 3 - Psychic War (2011). These works have been recognized for their quality and have received awards in the comic field.
