In view of the above adequate discussion and the applicable literature reviewed on power system reliability, the reliability evaluation of electric transmission systems mainly depend on three factors, such as, evaluation of bulk power system reliability indices, EHT AC sub-station reliability indices assessment and computation of distribution system reliability indices. Computation of these indices indicates the degree of reliability for the partial power system. Hence, the reliability examination is a well documented piece in the system risk and security studies.
